  • Allison definitely went above and beyond her job. I found Allison online the same way we search for restaurants on yelp. Allison was ranked high with good positive reviews. Allison's knowledge of the Las Vegas market was key in our decision to go with her. As out of town homeowners, we really couldn't be happier that we found Allison. 1. Expertise-we all know that the quickest way to know a person's level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions (I didn't do it on purpose. It's just what seller's do and me being myself). I couldn't recall the specific questions that I've asked Allison but I was very impressed every time when I got the response from Allison. 2. Timely communication - Allison works with many clients I was amazed how she was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I was dealing with multiple offers and counter offers within a 72 hour period. Allison made the whole home selling process smooth and painless. 3. Care - this is where I really think Allison went above and beyond. Our house was missing the Spark that catches buyers eye. On her own accord she brought in plants to make the home more appealing. The staging and professional photography really made the house pop. We had multiple offers at full asking price! Allison Jung is the best agent "Hands Down"! When we decide to return to Las Vegas I most definitely will look up Allison to purchase a new home. She will be our first choice! And she should be yours too... Thank You Allison!
