Anyways about this boutique: 1) There is COLOR here! 2) A lot more choices than South Coast Chanel. 3) The SA's are overall more friendly and approaching. They come to you, not the other way around! My experience here just made my purchase that much more special! I was very particular with what I want, which I knew was out of stock everywhere, but I am glad I found a purse I L O V E!!!! South Coast Chanel has bad customer service so I was very skeptical, Ivan proved me wrong!
