  • I think I need to see if I can open one of these up in New York. My friend and I came here for breakfast after a hearty workout at the gym next door. They planned that perfectly. I got a waffle with strawberries -- waffle was great and strawberries were fresh. My friend got ice cream on her waffle, which I had to try. One spoonful and I was hooked. It was just as good as Brigham's vanilla (my favorite in the world)! Fast forward three hours later -- where am I? I am getting my own vanilla with whatever toppings I want. They happened to be Oreos and rainbow sprinkles (I am from Boston so I do call the black ones jimmies, but they didn't have jimmies, sadly). Lots of toppings to choose from, though...fruit, candy, etc. They have a bunch of flavors -- a few you don't see often -- and you can choose how much or how little you want because you pay by weight. Genius.
