  • I used to love Buono's(25 years worth) , it was like the pizza we had in Brooklyn, but my last few experiences with them with self pick up and via DoorDash were totally disappointing. Initially it was the occasional poorer quality of the pizza, today I ordered via doordash, was told it would arrive at 858, I get a call at 905 and the door dash driver calls and tells me the store is closed, WHAT Really, we were hungry, couldn't Bounos tell me when I first ordered that they couldn't accept the order??? That is not the way to keeps customers, shame on you!
