  • I found the hotel to be just o.k. Not great. My room was in the north tower, Even though I had a sitting area the room was small. The bathroom was nice and had lots of marble. I made use of the spa and room service.There was no wow factor either in my room or lobby area. During my stay the hot water broke, and I had to shower in the spa.I went through the lobby in a bathrobe. As I stay at other Hyatt hotels, I would not come back to this one.!
