  • I had them out to look at a washer making noise. They replaced the bearing kit and every since that it has had a bad vibration when it spins. I asked them to come back out and they sent a different repair person how wouldn't even look at the bearing area and just told me that the vibration and noise was normal when it spins. When I advised him that it didn't use to do that until they replaced the bearing kit, he just shrugged his shoulders, packed his bag and left. I had used them in the past, but I won't any longer.
