  • My Mac Pro 3.1 2008 model died a couple weeks ago. Nadine fixed me up with a great price on a 4.1 2009 model, but I wasn't really satisfied as I wanted a 5.1 2010 model and with a bit more speed and more ram. She went looking till she found one, had it shipped in, and let me bring the 2009 model back for an exchange. I had to pay a few more dollars for the upgrade, which was reasonable, of course. The deal was better than I could find at two other leading national used Mac dealers. Doug provided great service in swapping out machines twice. Glad I found them and now I know where to go for repairs, upgrades and replacements. Doug assured me Nadine is a real person, but I have yet to be at the store when she is there.
