rev:text	Appt at 3:30. Finally called into an exam room at 4:50. Now waiting in an exam room going on another 30 minutes. Not one staff member would acknowledge us or inform us of what the delay was. Not one staff member apologized for the wait and inconvenience. Of course, shame on anyone who arrives late or cancels any appointment. But there is never any shame on the medical facility for keeping patients for a near two hours before finally being seen. I will say that the doctor was pleasant when we finally got to see him.
