  • Everything was great! We had a group of about 10 people and they handled us with efficiency and a smile on their face. All of the employees seemed actually very happy to be there and were having fun doing it. I love all the options they have to offer. Basically making your own cookie ice cream sandwich is awesome. I went for like a colorful sprinkle, birthday cake overload. I even picked my cookies to be sprinkled sugar cookies. The ice cream is smooth, and silky, BUT my cookies were a bit hard. I'm not sure if it was the cold ice cream making it like crunchy cookie style but I was totally expecting a warm cookie sandwich with cold ice cream in the middle. After reading some reviews I realized that you can get the cookies warm (heated up) but no one offered me that. Only reason I'm giving you 4 stars.
