  • So pissed off at this place. My husband has been taking his English bully about 5-10 times a year to this place for visits, medicines, supplies, and teeth cleanings. We don't have pet insurance so a lot of good money has been spent at this business. Yesterday my husband took our bully for shots, a check up and some antibiotics as we hired a pet sitter for the weekend to watch our dog. Tragically, the pet sitter left our bully alone in her yard with a pool and he drowned. I went in person to ask if we could return the antibiotics purchased 24 hours ago explaining our dog died and what happened. We were not asking for a refund on the entire visit, just the unused medication. The receptionist said the office manager would be in later and it would go through her. So I left. We called back later to see about returning the medicine for a refund. Whoever answered the phone said the office manager said no because medicine cannot be legally returned. I told her it was never used as the dog died several hours after buying it. She said still couldn't return it. The medicine is $56 dollars, it's not like we asked for a free $5,000 vet bill. Even if you can't reuse the unopened medicine, you really can't give us the courtesy out of the kindness of your hearts for our grief to issue a refund and dispose of the medicine after all the business we gave you throughout the years? Total pieces of shit. Just proves they only care about you as they are writing up your bill. You would think a VETERINARY office, out of all people, would have a soft spot for pet owners/customers who tragically lost their pet. We don't have any other pets and after this terrible ordeal, we won't have any more so we won't be back and I don't recommend it either. Service might be good but only until your credit card is valuable to them. Hey office manager...you suck.
