  • Aside from their wonderful prices, Koolsville IS AWFUL! I went in to get a price on a tattoo and was greeted by a nice fat cockroach inside by the chairs. Next, the workers are not professional. While I was trying to get a price, the guy I was talking to kept looking at his phone and texting while I was talking. I told him the words I wanted and he managed to spell 3 out 5 of them incorrectly. Seriously cannot believe that this nasty, DIRTY shop is allowed to stay in business. Plus, it's in a crappy part of town. Save yourself the time and go to a shop that is over-priced. It's better than this rat trap dive.
