I can't have gluten, so my review is strictly for their gluten free bundtlet. I am always excited to see a gluten free option at a bakery but also proceed with caution because of the high risk of cross contamination. At this time, the only gluten free option is a chocolate chip bundtlet. I am hoping that if they have enough success with the gluten free crowd that they will expand the flavor options.
The cake was really, really good. It had a nice texture and was not dry or crumbly, which sometimes happens with gluten free baked goods. The icing is sweet but didn't overpower the cake. My family all tried it as well and couldn't even tell it was gluten free! I am happy to say that I did not get sick so I am confident that they are taking care to keep the food safe for people who can't have gluten.
