  • Would love to give NO stars. These guys submitted a Women's Health Exam as an EYE APPT to Sonora Quest Lab (My insurance didn't cover it because I don't have eye coverage) so, I ended up having to pay an attorney to threaten them to pay the $286.00 bill! I would've paid it, but they continued to tell me (Sarah, Faith..) that they would take care of it. They never did, so I ended up in collections. When they got a letter from my attorney, they paid the bill immediately. Claudine herself (the OWNER), and her husband as well, blocked me from calling and also ignored my calls and hung up on me repeatedly, until I hired an attorney. Would NEVER recommend anyone go here, as Claudine has 15 year old's submitting lab reports!!!! 12 children and most all of her daughters work for her, unlicensed and not prepared or have any knowledge what so ever, other than what they've learned from their mom. DON'T GO HERE! HAVE A HOME BIRTH WITHOUT A MIDWIFE! You'd be better off. If the DOCTOR herself ignores your calls and hangs up on you, how would you feel mid labor if she did that to you?? Just think about it. If anyone would like to see the letter from them saying they made the mistake and would finally pay the bill, to PROVE my story, please ask for it and I will GLADLY send it to you! ZERO STARS FOR THIS BUSINESS!
