  • Was charged for a monthly warranty I knew nothing about. I noticed the charge on my charge statement and inquired about it. That is when I found out it was a warranty charge. I cancelled Direct TV but was still being charged the warranty charge. When talking to someone at Now Communications they told me I was supposed to cancel that sooner. I was supposed to cancel a charge I didn't know anything about? They are looking into the situation. If I could give them no stars I would.
