  • Hexx, I was giving you 3 stars but as I write this it's changed to 2. Why? Because your food is good but your help/service is horrendous. We came here twice. The first day there was no issue sitting 4 of us and the waitress was prompt and helpful. Despite the flubs along the way (omelet was completely incorrect, silverware dropped on feet, etc...) the issues were corrected immediately. Day 2, we (2 of us) arrived early and asked for a table for 6. "No problem" the girl says. "We'll seat you right away" she says. Then, instead of seating us so we can order some Bloody Mary's while we wait for the other 4 that are on their way, she says we have to wait till everyone is present. I say they went to Starbucks real quick and she says "no outside drinks". WTF? I'm thinking, should we even come here? The rest of my party shows up about 10min later and the girl says "I can seat you once they finish their coffees". How ridiculous. She wasn't even polite or courteous about it. She was really quite bitchy! So you've been holding a table for 6 for 15min meanwhile you've inconvenienced me by having me stand in a god damn lobby waiting like punishment for not having all 6 with me right away. Then when they show you make us wait longer because somehow Starbucks is shunned by your establishment. You're kidding me... you could have made a 4 drink profit by sitting us and letting us wait comfortably. Instead we stood and waited and then my friends had to throw away their Starbucks just to be seated to eat. Not only did your shitty hostesses attitude suck (she was short, unfriendly, curt, not accommodating or courteous), frankly so do you! Im not interested in coming back here for a 3rd try, despite the fact the food was good. Good service can trump mediocre food, never the other way around.
