  • Oh my goodness! Higbee's Frosted Malt revisited. ESPN Cleveland was going nostalgic and Higbee's frosted malts came up. Someone tweeted that Rosati's still sold them. I was born and raised in Cleveland and remember the malted well. My husband and I went to Youngstown for the week-end and decided to stop by on the way home. Now, these taste a little bit more chocolaty than I remember, but it was still good. I only wanted a cone but had to buy a quart, but I was not mad at that. The people waiting in line and the waitresses were both very nice, but that's Ohio for you. I have one more place to try before I crown them 'king', but they are way up there.
