  • Made my appointment around two weeks ago. Decided to try it out because I get a discount at Scottsdale Quarter. I called the Quarter and they have no one who can do acrylics, so I made an appointment at this location. I was very excited to try it out. Looks beautiful online so I wanted to try it. Made an appointment in advance because I had a very important event coming up and needed them done on a specific day. Every thing was fine making the appointment, the lady was very nice. Got a call the afternoon of my appointment saying they could no longer see me because of scheduling issues. Im very disappointed that they waited until the day of to inform me and that I couldn't try out this place. I will never book another appointment due to lack of communication.
