| - I give this place a one star. I wish I could rate it 0. The worse part of this trip was we picked this place especially for our Uncles BIRTHDAY and he's mentally and physically ill. This was all he asked for and Yes we did not ask for any extra privilege because we understand how the lines can be. Yet, the employe's at this place think it was ok to let people cut. While our Uncle patiently stood in line. What a shame. shame on you ALL! Let me explain... We drove all the way from San Tan Valley for the Haunted Maze for our Uncle's birthday. He doesn't get out much, because of his condition. This was all he asked for. The drive was about an hour 25 minutes. We arrived exactly at 8:30 and we did expected to stand in line off course that is expected everywhere especially if it's the last weekend of Oct. From 8:30 up until 10:15 pm we were still not yet in front of the line. And all the while we've seen groups of five, ten people pass us and went in. So our group and others at first thought there was a fast pass. One of us went to the front of the line and found out that there's no fast pass but all these groups of people passed us and the "girl!" taking tickets stopped the lines and let the people waiting on the side cut thru. So my Husband went and asked her, how she letting all these people cut and she said oh someone was standing in line for them. Ok, we let that go.. Later still stuck inline a group about ten people passed us and went in. 5 mins later follow by one of the employees wearing a green shirt, he brought about five people stood on the side and off course she let them in. Since we were almost to the front I told my Husband don't even bother at least we're close enough. The worker was helpings a group ahead of us, she saw my Husband and I over heard her telling her boss that My Husband cursed her out. Her and her boss were literally talking shit about us like we weren't there. When we got to the front of the line this crack walked away and didn't want to take our tickets. I out loud said oh she crying now. Her boss turned around and said No she not, I told her to let them in. So he admitted that he allowed her to let people cut. His excuse was, what can you do when everyone wants to go in?! Wait what?! Isn't that why there's a line?! And he looked directly at me and said he didn't appreciate me cussing out his worker when she doing what he told her to do. When I saw her walk back I confronted her ass why she lied, the Lord was with me because it was harrddd to calm one's self when the fool of a manager tried to intimidate me to make himself look so manly defending his vermin of a worker. It was the devil's playground, but I'm packing with the almighty grace that saved her face, oh no you ain't walking away with all that mess. Jesus sure was at play. Told her off in front of his face, He than finally apologized and said well, if you guys would have came to the front just like the other people that cut, he would have let us in too?!!! Dam so all this time we were doing it wrong. I wish they would have told us from the beginning smh. Man, we spend $80 on a combo we didn't get to use the family maze! Basically, we paid 2hrs to sit in line to watch the farm emp letting their families and friends in. I would have asked for a fund, but hey I'm a person with a few words. If I had to explain the situation again I'm sure I'll end up in jail. I'll let karma get ya back for all the penny we spend driving an hour just to stand in line for two more hours. By the way if you're reading this, It ain't even worth it. Or you can go and see for yourself. We may have enjoyed it if they would let us finish with the combo, but they closed the family maze when we were finally done with their lame hunted maze. I hope the owner reads this. The line didn't bother us. But the behavior and the unfairness of the employees did! When you know you wrong don't make the situation worse by loudly talking shit, because you never know. That is all!
