  • Walts is amazing. I wish they had a store in California where I live. I bought an OLED TV through their online storefront, and their customer service has been better than I could wish for. Prior to delivery, they called me to let me know about scheduling, and to give me the phone number of the delivery company in case I filter unknown numbers. The phone connection was flaky and got cut off, but they wrote an email to follow up almost immediately, and got me the information. During delivery, the TV remote and accessories were taken back by the delivery company accidentally. I called Walts and they were super understanding and helpful. They said they'd take care of contacting the delivery company, apologized if they couldn't get back to me the same day, and said they would definitely call back the next day. Keep in mind that I called 20 min. prior to their closing. The remote was redelivered to me that same night at 9pm. The customer service folks at Walts go out of their way to make things as stressless as possible. Thanks especially to Ashley and Tony for their help!
