  • I have a love/hate relationship with Brazilian steakhouses. I love all the food, but I had the way I feel afterwards from over indulging in the delicious meats! Chima is a prime example. It's definitely not your average date night restaurants, ringing in at close to $50/pp, But this makes a great special occasion restaurant choice. They're extremely busy on weekends, but luckily they take reservations (get those Open Table points, y'all) and they also have a ton of tables. The selection here is great --- the salad bar is vast. I cannot even begin to tell you the bounty that they bestow upon you. Luckily for you, they list most of their options on their website to glance over what you're getting yourself into. As far as the main reason you go is concerned, the rodizio style meats, they are second to none. Cooked to perfection, seasoned with purpose & sliced fresh table side, right onto your plate (if you didn't know, it's all you can eat too). I've never had room for dessert here because I'm too busy over-indulging in all the delicious food. Definitely a place to put on your Charlotte 'bucket-list'. If you're patient ... this is also on Queen's Feast/Restaurant week every July & January to save you some $$.
