I haven't been to TCBY in years! First thing I noticed is that they now weigh your ice cream to determine cost, so you can't control exactly how much you want. Farewell small/medium/large. Corporate is no fool however, and the smallest cup in now what was once a large. People tend to fill things according to the size of the container. Don't fall for it. As you'll see, my cup looks kind of bare, but that was approx. $2.50..... About what I'd pay for a small in most ice cream places.
The service was phenomenal, as my ice cream came out runny at first. The cashier told me to throw it away and start afresh. Apparently unused yogurt dispensaries have to shake off the heat before the good yogurt comes out. It worked. Then as I was checking out, I put my spoon in my ice cream. Another cashier advised me to take it out so it wouldn't be weighed with the yogurt. This was a very small gesture, but kind and Honest.
The flavor of the yogurt has changed since my high school days, but it's still okay. If I'm in the mood for yogurt, I'll return here.
