  • If I could give less stars I would. The owner is absolutely an idiot. We messaged back and forth to schedule an appointment. After finally making an appointment that worked, I drove there early to make sure I wasn't late and arrived 30 min earlier. She saw me walk I. Said hi and I sat down. She continued to work on her client for the rest of their appt time. Only until she was done and I have now sat in the lobby for 45 min. She asked me what I was doing there. I told her we made an appointment weeks ago, and all she could say was "oh I put you on the wrong day, I won't have time for". Mind you I had mentioned to that it took me 45 min to get there. She is unprofessional, heartless and inconsiderate.
