  • I had a hot water leak at 1am on a Saturday. Bad news! I call belsito and the my said the earliest they could come was 6. Ok I understand. I shut the water off and waited and cwaited and called and waited. They arrived at 8 and fixed the water heater by noon. They guy did good work, but I definite paid a lot for the service. Then, NINE months later, I get a call from a collections company saying I never paid. I never received any call or letter since the service. ****update******* steve called me back and apologized for the confusion on my payment. I really appreciate the follow up from Steve.
