  • When it comes to Starbucks, we've been to them all here in Vegas/Henderson. This is the WORST. It has the slowest service we've ever received and its simply because the baristas spend more time chatting than focusing on the single beverage we've ordered. Not only do they take their sweet time, they continue to make the drink wrong. I asked for a non-fat caramel frapp with extra ice blended in and they either change the syrup to a light syrup (not what I asked for) or don't add the caramel drizzle, and they don't blend the frapp. I'm left with giant chunks of ice- making it impossible to drink it with a straw. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to my home but I'd rather go out of my way (10 minute detour) to a different location for my $5.00 drink.
