  • So we had to come in to reorder checks. The issue was that my father past away in June of 2015 and my mother had already reprinted checked without his name on it. But on the reorder this time around the bank had an issue for no reason and locked the account. We had to come in. 25 minutes later they figured that we need to bring in the Death Certificate to confirm his passing. Remind you she has already been issued checks in her name only once before. I ran home and came back with the death certificate and now Wells Fargo needs the WILL ABD TRUST. 45 minutes later. It's going to take 2 weeks to receive the checks. Best part I'm going to start using BillPay. Good bye Wells. I'm out this Bank. Again all this time was just to REORDER CHECKS. THATS IT.
