  • The company was very fast to respond to a quote request, but stopped communicating once I requested them to come out. The best I could get was Tuesday or Thursday. I took Tuesday and Thursday off this week. Today is Tuesday and there was no attempt to contact. There is 0% chance that I'll take another day off to hope for a call. I tried using this company since the reviews were great, even though they were almost 30% more expensive. Business must be too busy during the summer months. The business owner attempted to contact me minutes after writing this review. These were the only two phone calls from this business. Soon after, I received a message apologizing for not reading yelp messages, and blaming me for not calling him. I also have a timestamped message from the owner last week stating that he would be out today or Thursday.
