Despite having dined at this establishment during its previous ownership and after, both food experiences were, nevertheless, unsuccessful. That said, the post-renovated modern interior is absolutely fantastic and much needed; however, I just wished that the quality of what I ate was of a similar calibre. The 'Pho Ga' (chicken noodle soup) was ordered on both visits, yet the conclusion was that they were both equally terrible. The broth should have been fully aromatic and rich, but definitely came across as watered-down. The chicken used was immensely dry and shredded to oblivion; and the dish lacked the flavourful--and otherwise greatly influential--garnish of crispy shallots that it deserves. I felt cheated: Pho Oh My.
