  • I've been here about 6 times, and every time I go the customer service is terrible. Several times I went I needed a specific (but not difficult) question answered that the person at the front needed to go ask someone else about. I was the only person there, and they took a very long time in the back, even though I could clearly see through the window that the two people were just talking. One time I asked for an item I had already thoroughly looked for but the person at the front didn't believe that the item wasn't out on the rack, so he looked for it himself, which I appreciated. However, he took a very long time looking in the same exact spot and was rude to me when he couldn't find it. I asked if they could call the other location to see if they had it but he said, "If we don't have it then they probably don't." I would definitely check out some of Las Vegas' other, very good music stores.
