  • I've been going to this Petsmart for about 10 years now and felt it was time to share my experience there. Pet Hotel: 5 Stars, with a little planning you can get into the hotel, even on the busiest of weekends. The staff there always is looking out to make sure their guests don't pay an extra "day rate" the last day and instead enroll into "doggie day camp" to save money. We've missed a pick up date once due to a delayed flight and it wasn't an issue. They are great about checking with Banfield to get updated shots records. Best of all the staff there LOVES their job or maybe they just like my dog. Either way extremely high marks. Have had many amazing experiences there. Grooming: 3 Stars, they always take longer than expected. Cuts have always been good, nothing amazing. Just frustrating when they run hours behind schedule. I keep coming back because it's so easy with all his shot records next door at Banfield. Banfield: 3 Stars, I spend 25-30 bucks a month on their care plan. It usually doesn't cost much when I come with a problem, but I rarely am able to get in as they are so busy. They've never done anything wrong,but I routinely have to travel to other locations to have my dog seen,because they don't have availability. Quite frustrating especially when they forget to do a vaccination and it's a few days before a Pet Hotel stay. Overall it's a great place, just WAY too busy to give 4 or 5 Stars.
