  • I was unhappy with my experience at this store. The salesperson was pushy and manipulative. She took it upon herself to tell me what she thought I should like based on my 'tiny' body (which happened to be the style of basically all the dresses in the store - sheath). She deliberately didn't tell me the price of one of the gowns that I was trying, and then when she did, she gave me the price [of what a sample would cost], without telling me that I'd be buying the sample. (I figured that out after some probing.) If you want to be treated well I would suggest Jealous Bridesmaids, Ferre Sposa, Kleinfeld's (the Toronto location), and Sash and Bustle. I had an awesome experience at each of those places and they have more selection. Edited to add- Rob your lack of apology about the lying and insulting treatment by your staff speaks volumes.
