  • Traveling can be tiring and stressful... but this hotel makes all of the stress melt away! When you walk in there is that amazing white tea smell that all the westin's have, the lobby space is also beautiful and the rooms are large and luxurious. But that is not the amazing part of this hotel... the amazing part is the staff! During my trip to Phoenix I had to drive through Globe, AZ to the Apache reservation. Anyone who knows this area knows that the drive is through 30 miles of steep mountains... this terrified me! I asked some people in the restaurant for more information about the road and that is when Krystal came to help. She said she had driven the route many times and talked me through the whole thing. She even offered to drive me there herself! That was above and beyond! Then there was Don at the bar. This guy made you feel like you were the most important person in the world! He remembers everyone name and their drink! After two nights eating at the bar with Don I really wanted to extent my visit. I don't like Phoenix, but I want to go back just to stay at this hotel!
