  • First, 3 associates at check in at 5:00. Over 1 hour to get through check in line. WTF kind of service is this? Hotel rooms are old, nothing more than a motel 6 quality, yet you are paying premium Vegas luxory prices. At best 7 foot ceilings, a blast from the past Hotel. Bath tub was full of black something, disgusting, carpets good and crunchy. The only good thing about Mirage, the location is central so you can get to real resorts and regualar food from your Mirage Motel 6 which offers nothing. Time to implode this thing and build a real resort. It is over 25 years old, with shoddy maintenance at best. We travel to Vegas regularly at least 3 times per year. This is the worst hotel ever we have stayed at. For the same price, head to a real resort. Afterall they do charge the $33 per day resort fee, for what I have no clue, as this place is not a resort by any stretch.
