| - From my experience, I feel that all the reviews on google are probably fake and made up by the staff that works there.
History:
I have been going to this office for about 2 years.
I found this office on google map because it was close to me and the reviews on it was pretty good.
Over the course of two years I have been having issue. Ex. going for a filling end up with a root canal. A year before this office I had no cavities, after coming to this office they said I have 6 different cavities. I had them treated from this office. During the day of the filling I was supposed to get two filled, but the dentist discover another one. They said I should get it done also, so I did.
Dentist/Office Issue:
I had a cavity filled the dentist said it would take about 3-4 months to heal. 5 months later I came back to the office saying that the tooth that they filled was still bothering me. So I came into the office, the dentist took x-ray and looked at it. He said there are swelling around that tooth and said I needed a root canal to relieve the pain. I decided at that moment that I no longer wanted to go to them anymore and opt out of the root canal. After checking out, the general manager, Michelle said I had to pay $120 for the checkup. I was trying to explain to her that the checkup was basically a follow up the work that was done, but she threaten to send my payment to collections if I don't pay it. So with no choice, I had to pay for it and asked for a history with all my x-rays so I can move to a different office.
Insurance Issue:
At the same time they have been quoting my insurance for the work they also gave me an amount that I have to pay before the work and I did. Later on, I logged onto my insurance website and found out they are quoting me a lot more than how much I should have paid out of pocket. For some reason I have a balance on my account of more than $2,000. I have paid every amount that they bill me for, and my insurance had submitted all the amount they posted.
Lesson:
I have gave this office multiple chances because it was closest to my house, also they had all my dental history. The lesson is don't think like that, I should have switched office when I had the chance before.
