| - First, the studio is in a small basement which is a surprise. It can only fit maybe 14 people, if it's above that, it becomes very tight to move your arms and not hit your neighbour or even walk back and forth comfortably. It's hard to enjoy yourself and be free without being conscious of the people in front or back of you as well as left and right. It was very hot in the studio and there was only one big fan. Bring a bottle of water and a towel. The teacher, is good but she was too quick. She never shows the steps slowly, it's like she's dancing up there in her own world. I have been to Zumba at GoodLife (Yonge and St. Clair) and prefer their space because it's bigger and I like their music (mix of US pop and latino music). Also, the music is better and it's not 100% spanish like at Izzy. I wouldn't recommend this studio because there's no changing area, it's a tiny cramped entrance where everybody hangs their coats and puts their bags away. Don't bring a big gym bag, there's no space for that or any lockers. There is one toilet and one change room at the end of the room so if you are coming straight from work, get here early to change. And, the wood floor can be slippery, so be careful, it looks like engineered floors .
