  • I first tried Perla's pierogis at the Bottlehouse Brewing Co. in Cleveland Heights. Thought they were pretty good, so when I came across their store in Parma, I had to buy me a couple of bags. Got a bag of the beef and shrooms and a bag of the potato, cheddar & bacon. I'm also a big fan of Sokolowski's pierogis... so when I brought home my Perlas, I married the two together and prepared them Sokolowski's style... drenched in butter and onions. Wow!! See photo... they tasted as good as they looked! I'm awesome! I see great reviews about their pastries here. Need to come back for some of them Lady Locks!
