  • Cannot say enough good things about this Lamps Plus store. Best and consistent customer service and assistance from Hap Field (Sales) and Anthony "Tony" Ortiz (Stock Supervisor). We bought several LED light fixtures and frequented this location these past couple of months. Hap is very helpful, a genuinely nice guy -- even when we came in just to look around and ask questions, and were not buying anything, or even when we were returning a purchase that didn't work for us. He took care of us, gave us his full attention, and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He's just super nice, the best! Tony is very knowledgeable and always took the time to explain things and answer our questions. We trust him and he has steered us in the right direction. Also a very nice guy! Lamps Plus is a good store with great selections but it's people like Hap and Tony who make us return customers.
