  • I recently had 2 windows replaced in my home and I could not be happier with the customer service and results. Bob is a wonderful person to work with and he takes the time to explain the product/process so you know exactly what to expect. He even came out on a Saturday just to double check everything before the windows were ordered to ensure accuracy. The installers were friendly/efficient and had the 2 windows replaced in no time with no mess left behind. I love my new windows and I feel great about the price, product and BRL. I would highly recommend this company and am looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. Thank you BRL!
