Besides a few smaller theaters, this is pretty much a monopoly for theaters in the city itself. It's quite accessible for both public transit and drivers. Literally thousands of parking spaces within walking distance. There maybe a half dozen bus lines that come here.
We went for matinee on Monday morning as my child's school did not have session that day. $6 a ticket is a decent price for a kid flick. We didn't get any concessions today but they are fairly expensive. I think you can get a large popcorn for free with the price of a large drink. Or the other way around.
We had the theater to ourself which was kind of cool. But weird. Good experience. Only complaint was the men's bathroom was pretty gross.
