I just moved to south Scottsdale and was eager to find a lash place close to my new house. I made an appointment online and when I was two minutes away, the manager called to tell me there was a system glitch and I really didn't have an appointment at all and there was no one available to do my fill. She apologized and offered me 20% off my next visit.
The next time I needed a fill, I made an appointment again with Lash and Sugar. The girl was very nice. It was her first day.
The location is convenient, clean, and nice looking.
The problem is that my lashes were more fabulous before my fill! I left with LESS fabulous lashes. The ends were left sparse.
When I went to pay, there was no record of the 20% discount the manager had offered me for the system glitch the first time. :/
I digested my new lashes overnight and called ASAP to let them know they weren't right. I left a voice mail and no one ever returned my call. I don't get it.
