  • They definitely earn 1 star for several early morning mishaps I've encountered. They open at 5 AM but are rarely prepared for customers before 5:30-6 because their employees either don't show or are running late. Today was the last straw for me when I ordered something simple (a bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle) at the drive-thru at 5:11 and waited at the window until 5:22 before them telling me to pull ahead to wait for my order. The reason was because they didn't have enough employees (because they were late) so they were running behind filling orders. I told them I was now going to be late to work myself so to just refund my money. This isn't the first time this has happened but it will surely be the last, because I will eat out of the vending machine at work before going through this fiasco again. Today I dined on Funyuns and honey roasted peanuts for breakfast...yum! Whenever I order any other time, like in the afternoon, I've never had these types of problems. Occasionally the order will be wrong but the food is typical McDonald's. So that's why I give them 2 stars. They're bad but they do have some redeeming qualities.
