rev:text	This place is a joke! My boyfriend hurt his ankle at work and it was swollen, bruised and hard for him to walk on. I called this place to see if they can do x-rays and the receptionist said yes and asked what was going on, I told her why he needed an x-ray and that I would check him in online thinking this would be the fastest option. They call about 10 minutes later and we go in. We get there and they ask for his id and Insurance and again ask him what happened. Seeing it happened at work they want him to fill out workman's comp paperwork, but the receptionist doesn't know which papers he needs to complete so she just keeps saying hang on and going in the back. She finally figures it out and calls him back up to the desk for a 6 page book he needs to fill out. As I'm going through the papers they are all the same just worded different. At this point I'm pissed, we've already been there an hour filling out forms and still no freaking x-ray. It also didn't help that we had our 4 year old with us and this tweaker with 4 dirty kids was there and I actually had to tell her children to stop touching my kid. Anyways after filling out the same paper 50 times we take it back to the receptionist who starts asking questions that the paper work covered. Oh and to add insult to injury she then asks what our primary language is like seriously??? You've been dealing with us for now an hour and a half and now you want to ask me if I speak English??? After I blank stare this so called receptionist we finally get called back. The medical assistant comes in for vitals and then 15 minutes later this person, who turned out to be the doctor, strolls in and doesn't touch, manipulate or even examine my boyfriends foot and says he'll order an x-ray. I feel like we are finally making head way when the x-ray tech comes in and takes him to the next room over to get the pictures done. 30 minutes later, which was 2 hours in, he comes out and says the x-ray tech broke the machine and would have to call someone to come in and fix it. Well first she told him that she thought she was overexposing him because she kept trying to take the X-ray even though it wasn't working. We finally said screw this and walked out. If they would've just attempted the x-Ray when we got there, they would've know way earlier that it wasn't working and we could have went somewhere else but it was 9 pm. I can not believe the owners let these idiots run their clinic. Not a single person in there knows how to do their job.
