  • Dont dont dont dont rent an apartment here. I have been a resident here for almost 5 years and the previous property manager was an awesome guy and worked with tenants. We had a nice quiet community until new management took over and the changes here have been awful. The place is dirty the security gate is always broken. There are questionable people all over the property. Many residents like myself are moving out because apparently the leases we signed with the old manager are no longer valid because they said so. This is all so they can jack up our prices. Its unfortunate that after several years of Solterra being home I must now find a new place to go. Worst possible place to live. Save yourself the headache go elsewhere.
