Lots of different types of food. I'm currently low-carbin' it, so there was plenty I couldn't try. Good crab legs, nice sashimi (good quality, not a tremendous amount of variety...I stuck with salmon and tuna, for the most part). The slice-your-own meats were a bit dry from sitting under heat lamps. I was well-sated and happy with the variety of tastes.
Be sure to give a cursory once-over to get the lay of the land. I'm lamenting not trying the stir-fry station.
The staff was friendly and strangely omnipresent and in sync with each other.
