  • This business is a real gem! A friend referred me to RAD Computers when my son's gaming laptop developed a problem. I messaged Mark through the company's FB page and heard back from him immediately. I was able to take the laptop to him that day and got it back repaired within 24 hours, which is amazing! He was thoroughly transparent during the entire process--I even got to watch him diagnose the problem (and ask him questions) through his Twitch livestream, which was so cool! I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Mark's business and him as a person. Totally trustworthy, and for as long as I live in the area, RAD Computers will be the only company I use for my computing needs. Hooray!
