You know it's going to be bad when your call is answered by auto attendant. Then the call gets lost in La La land and you have to start all over. Really? It's make-up. Finally get Noel on the phone. I'm dropping $$$$$ and he doesn't have time to explain answers to my questions, had to put me on hold to assist a guest, and repeatedly informed me it was just him and the make-up artist who busy in a session. I understand your manager may have understaffed the store, but they apparent undertrained the associates on how to handle it. There were so many other ways he should have handled my phone call. His unwillingness to find options to assist me is just sad. We took our business to another location, which turned to be a fabulous experience. If you need MAC products, Cesar's location does carry the most in Vegas, but just be prepared to know what you want and not rely on friendly assistance. I was able to get what I needed elsewhere.
