So the reason I am neutral on this store is because I went in to buy an advertised sale item. When at the cash register, it was not ringing up correctly. I asked the cashier repeatedly if he would like me to take a picture of the display and show him the price advertised. He repeatedly refused, saying there should be some type of discount code in the system. After he unsuccessfully tried a handful of codes, he proceeds to not say anything and bill me for the regular price. I just left without the item...a bit frustrated. He gets a chance, though, because he claimed to be new.
I still think the newbies should be taught to either seek management, or have someone check the actual display. That way, if it is posted wrong, someone in the store is at least aware of it, and I can at least tell him that I don't want the item if it isn't on sale. What kind of moron totally disregards the customer and proceeds to just bill them for full price as if I never said anything about the sale price on the display?
