  • Here is my experience at the new Chipotle about an hours ago: THE GOOD: 1.no other customers in line or sitting (vs. the Burger joint next door that had at least 10 people in line). 2. The lady that took my order was very nice and quick. THE BAD: 1. I had to repeat most of my order 3 times because 3 other employees were laughing and talking so loud that the lady taking my order couldn't hear me! 2. My burrito was cold THE WORST: 1. I ordered a steak Burrito and I couldn't eat most of the meat because after chewing and chewing and chewing, it was still a big chunk of meat (sorry for the visual). I can get over the other things but no excuse for any restaurant to serve this quality of food.
