rev:text	Just had the worst experience with these people that I've ever had with the rental car company. I rented the car through Orbitz for my partner as he had an emergency trip to Phoenix because his mother had a heart attack. On the front page it states it's a $1.65 an hour if you're late. Well he had an unavoidable problem and was a couple hours late. In the small print there is another area that says if you're late and order it through Orbitz they can charge whatever they want so they charged him an extra $50 for this car rental. I will never rent a car from them again or use Orbitz in the future. If you do, read the small print. I feel like I was really ripped off. When a female employee at the office heard the story she actually laughed and thought it was funny. Those folks need to learn something about customer service as well. I'm A flight attendant with major airline and I use rental cars often. I see a lot of people and I'm going to let them know about my experience.
