  • As far the service department is concerned they are pretty good at working with you. I bought a car from centennial and ran into some issues with the radio 2 months after i bought my toyota Camry and Centennial Toyota would charge me $400.00 for replacing my radio. When I went to Desert Toyota\ Toyota West and they replaced my radio since it was under warranty without any fee. Now I just do my oil service with toyota west. So far as as service is concerned they have been good although the time of the service is long.
