| - Worst service ever. My husband received a call a few weeks ago in regard to coming in to the dealership because, as an existing Chevy customer, he was eligible for an upgrade with the same payments. My husband still owes around 6K on his current Chevy model. He thought this could sound like a good idea. He happened to be off today, went into the dealership, saw an upgrade he was interested in. A 2013 GMC Terrain. He spoke to the saleswoman, Joy, took the test drive and then began to discuss the numbers. The dealership appraised his current car, was willing to give him the full payoff value. My husband got to the dealership at 10:30 am and is only just now leaving - 1:21 pm. My husband and I had been communicating and he told me he was sitting in the chair waiting on the finance manager to finish with a customer, then 20 minutes later he was still waiting, no other customers in the dealership. When he finally gets upset and ready to leave. the finance manager appears with the ridiculous verdict of: we are requiring that your wife be on the loan as well. Now, the verdict is fine, however the fact that it took him 3 hours to get the answer that they knew the whole time is ridiculous. I hate how car dealers get you in the building, are great to you during the test drive process, then act like a bunch of slime balls the minute you dont want to accept their deal. PLEASE DO NOT CALL EXISTING CUSTOMERS WITH BOGUS OFFERS IF YOU CANT REALLY MAKE IT HAPPEN. IT ENDS UP BEING A BIG WASTE OF TIME. If we could give this dealership 0 stars, we would. This is why no one buys American... You get better service everywhere else.
